Great product! Easy to set-up, easy to use, works first time out of the box. I missed the set-up support session included in the price but it's so easy to use, most people will get it going without any help. For now it automates incoming calls only, I think the next step should be a simplified way for non-technical people to make out-going calls.

I got this from my daughter so we can keep in touch between the USA and UK. I don’t have to do anything—she just appears on my TV. When we’re done, the TV goes back to my program or turns off if I wasn’t watching anything. Brilliant.

The Genie has been a game changer for communicating with my mother who has dementia and aphasia. The support we got was exceptional and now the system works amazing.
